Loki grabbed your arm and pulled you into the elevator.

                                The doors slid shut.

"You didn't have to pull me."

"We're late and we have a lot of training to do." Loki replied.

"Still doesn't give you the right to pull me."

                                The doors opened.

You both walked onto the training level.

"Finally decided to show up reindeer games?" Tony said.

                                "Unfortunately, yes."

                                "Well ge-"

                                                                    Tshh-

A large ceramic pot smashed on the wall right beside you.

"What in the-" You said looking around.

"Watch where you're throwing them Cailyn!" Tony said.

                                "Sorry!"

                                "Wait-woah- Cailyn threw it?"

                                "Yea"

"But she's half way across the room."

"Hmm? Oh- right. She can move things with her mind."

                                "When did she-"

"We figured that out last night."

".....Do I want to know how you figured it out?"

"Probably not, now get training." He flew across the room to where Cailyn was.

"At this rate we'll never get any training done." Loki said with a sigh.

"Then we better start training now, then."

You both walked over to a large open area of the room.

"So what's the plan for today, Sensei?"

"You're going to learn how to make a force field."

Loki walked a little ways away from you. He bent down and put his hands on the floor; suddenly a blue light flashed from his hands. Loki stood back up, seeming to spread a sea of water around him.

You walked up to it and touched it.

"Aah!" , you gasped out from pain. You looked down at your hand just in time to see a frost bitten burn disappear.

Loki made the force field vanish.

"Are you ok?" Loki said, examining your hand.

                                "Yes, healing powers, remember?"

                                He still looked concerned.

"Oh come on, not like it's your fault."

"I should have told you it could hurt you."

"I have healing powers, Love. It didn't hurt for very long at all."

                                "But it did hurt you."

"If I didn't get hurt once in a while then it wouldn't be training."

You stepped back, as he did, and placed your hands on the floor. Magic rushed out of your hands with a bright orange glow. You lifted the force field up and over yourself until you were inside a fiery dome.

You heard a faint crash behind you. You turned around to see yet another broken pot but this time instead of a wall, your force field shattered it.

                                "Cailyn.", you scolded.

"What? I was just seeing if it worked..." , she answered back.

                                "And what if it didn't?"

                                "Um-well..."

                                You sighed.

"Well you do have healing powers."

"And that gives you the right to smash a clay pot on my head?"

                                "Yes?"

You heard the crackling of ice. You saw the ice slowly grow until the whole force field was covered.

A large crack formed in the middle of it, then-

                                                                          cri-tsssh-

You braced yourself to be pelted with ice, but instead of big chunks there was a shower of snow.

You shivered, "Was that really necessary?"

                                "Quite. Now
concentrate, make a shield out of it." Loki said, demonstrating with his own glowing ice shield.

You were about to try making the shield when you heard a low rumbling sound from out side the building.

"What's that?" You said in confusion.

"It can't be..." Loki whispered to himself.

"Everyone get ready for battle!" he yelled.

"What? What's going on?" you asked in a hurry.

                                "You need to hide. Now."

"But you just said to get ready for-"

                                "Just hide!"

                                "But-"

                                "Now!"

You started to back away when he caught your arm.

"Promise me that you won't come out from hiding, no matter what happens."

"But- what if you get hurt..."

                                "Promise, please-just- promise me."

                                "I-I promise."

"Now go! You don't have much time!"

You quickly looked around for somewhere to hide. Your eyes fixed onto the science lab.

You ran over to the cloth-covered table and hid under it.

There was just enough space in between the cloth and the table leg for you to see what was going on.

The rumbling got louder and louder. Then suddenly the concrete walls busted open. There was a loud ear piercing roar and then-

There it was, a dragon? No, a serpent. A very, very  large serpent.

Tony flew towards it, but when the serpent touched him with its tail he stopped, mid-air, like he was frozen in time.

It did the same with the others, all of them, exept for Loki.

It wrapped its tail tightly around him.

With a deep voice it hissed, "Hello, Father."

Woo! that was a long one.  But I suppose you deserve it for having to wait a month for another chapter (again).

My fingers are a bit cramped now. You're welcome.

Shiz just got serious.
